Our 2009 Battle of the Bands winners are...
TAKE ANTHIA
Thanks to their loyal fans that stormed the dance floor and voted in huge numbers, Take Anthia rocked out the Battle of the Bands to take the crown.
Take Anthia have scored a spot on stage at the Caloundra Music Festival, free tickets for the festival and will be playing at the Fusion Festival. They have also won 6 hours free recording time at PPS Studios so stay tuned for a new album release.

Congratulations to THE NAMES
The Names wooed the crowd with their sultry lyrics and huge guitar riffs AND got the dance floor moving to take a close second place.
They also score a spot at the Caloundra Music Festival plus free tickets to the festival for all of the band members.

Emily Wenham & Friends, Freak Morice and Gandalf the Grey all put in stella performances. Their enthusiasm and the support from their family and friends made the night dazzle.
